Student Helper for Creative Studio Workstreams<\/p>\n
The Creative Studio team is a mix of professionals with expertise in branding and performance, focused on the full-funnel customer experience. We\u2019re looking for young talents who can support our project management team across various workflows.<\/p>\n
This role would contribute to a range of workstreams across the different verticals our team supports, helping project managers keep creative production and asset delivery running smoothly. The work involves structured coordination, quality checks, data handling, and repository management across high-volume projects.<\/p>\n
Key tasks after proper onboarding on the brand and our systems:<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support project managers with quality checks, making sure assets follow briefs, templates, title rules, and delivery requirements<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Help with data entry and regular updates in project management and asset management tools, including Monday.com and Adobe Experience Manager<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist with metadata tagging, imagery sourcing, uploads, downloads, and organizing creative assets in the relevant repositories<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communicate with the team in English and support day-to-day coordination with clear, accurate follow-ups<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Basic AI knowledge or curiosity to use AI tools<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Comfortable working in a digital environment and able to pick up new tools quickly<\/p>\n
