Social/Creative Intern

The Job

The Social/Creative Intern works together with the Social Marketing and Streaming Creative teams on TikTok-specific creatives and other campaigns of creative video promotional messages. This person is involved in every aspect of a collaboration from the ideas to execution. Working closely and proactively with other members of the Social Media and Streaming Creative departments, they eventually can lead projects, work on creative brainstorms and drive creating innovations. Must have understanding of the business, production and TT-platform approach. They report to the Social Marketing and the Streaming Creative departments for major decisions and approvals, they also use their professional judgement to manage projects.

Responsible for the creative ideation and execution across in 20 countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) and more to join soon.

The Daily

●    Participates and initiates create innovative concept ideas for TT
●    Participates in TT production projects and their development
●    Support ideation and execution of always-on video strategy approach tailored for TT
●    End-to-end TT video production including:
o    Conceptual development
o    Copy development
o    Video/music editing
●    Occasionally, participates in the ideation and execution of creative video promotional messages.

The Essentials
●    Love for shows and series!
●    Hands-on experience or proven interest in the TT plattform as a content producer
●    Excellent verbal and communication skills in English language - additional European languages as plus
●    Some knowhow or strong interest in learning creative suites like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
●    Creative thinking and problem solving with a good sense of design and media trends
●    Deep understanding of brands and marketing goals in creative assignments
●    Being a team player with a cooperative working style
●    Enjoying working in a multicultural environment
